DEEPER REVELATION ON THE ANCIENT OF DAYS (MELCHIZEDEK THE MOST HIGH)
HOLINESS ALONE |
What an awesome moment to behold! This moment in time, the Holy
spirit will help us understand deeper revelation of the king of
old, that is the ancient of Days.
Genesis 1:3-5 (AMB) And God said, Let there be light; and there was light.
And God saw that the light was good (suitable, pleasant) and
He approved it; and God separated the light from the darkness.
And God called the light Day, and the
darkness He called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.
Genesis 1:16-17 (AMB) And God made the two great lights—the greater light (the
sun) to rule the day and the lesser light (the moon) to rule the night. He also
made the stars. And God
set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light upon the earth,
We clearly
see the distinction that Yahweh tried to bring forth. This first light in
Genesis 1:3-5 is much different to the light we see in genesis 1:16, we see the
Lord creating the sun in Genesis 1:16. This light is the shekinah Glory of the Lord. When God
saw this light, it was good. Anything good to God is something Holy.Lets check it out in the following Scripture;
In the
beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God Himself. He was present originally with God.
All
things were made and came into existence through Him; and
without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being. In
Him was Life, and the Life was the
Light of men. And the Light shines on in the darkness,
for the darkness has never overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or
appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it] There came a man sent from God,
whose name was John. This man came to witness, that he might testify of the Light, that all men might
believe in it [adhere to it, trust it, and rely upon it] through him. He
was not the Light himself, but came that he might bear witness regarding the
Light.
There it was—the true Light
[was then] coming into the world [the genuine, perfect, steadfast Light] that
illumines every person. He came into the world, and though the world was made through Him,
the world did not recognize Him [did not know Him]. He came to that which belonged to Him [to His own—His domain,
creation, things, world], and they who were His own did not receive Him and
did not welcome Him.
But
to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power,
privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe
in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name— Who
owe their birth neither to bloods nor to the will of the flesh [that of
physical impulse] nor to the will of man [that of a natural father], but to
God.
[They
are born of God!] And
the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His
tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory
(His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his
father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth. John 1:1-14
When Prophet Isaiah saw this light, look at what he
wrote. Isaiah 30:26, “ Moreover,
the light of the moon will be like the light of the sun, and the light of the
sun will be sevenfold, like the light of seven days [concentrated in one], in
the day that the Lord binds up the hurt of His people, and heals their wound
[inflicted by Him because of their sins].”
Further more, This ancient King is also experienced by
Abraham, Check this out,
"And Melchizedek king of Salem
brought out bread and wine; he was priest of God Most High. And he
[Melchizedek] blessed him [Abraham] and said, 'Blessed be Abram by God Most
High, maker of heaven and earth; and blessed be God Most High, who has
delivered your enemies into your hand!' And Abram gave him [Melchizedek] a tenth
of everything" that is, a tithe of all, for a tithe means a tenth (Genesis 14:18-20, RSV).
"For this Melchizedek, king of
Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the
slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part
of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that
also King of Salem, which is, King of peace" (Hebrews 7:1-2).
When we read through proverbs 8 the Holy
Spirit the continues to reveal for us
more about the personality of Christ. Step by step. Proverbs 8:12-36
I,
Wisdom [from God], make
prudence my dwelling, and I find out knowledge and discretion.
The
reverent fear and worshipful awe of the Lord [includes] the hatred of
evil; pride, arrogance, the evil way, and perverted and twisted speech I
hate.
I have
counsel and sound knowledge, I have
understanding, I have might and power.
By me kings reign and rulers decree justice.
By me
princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges and governors of the earth.
I love those who love me,
and those who seek me early and
diligently shall find me.
Riches and honor are with me, enduring wealth
and righteousness (uprightness in every area and relation, and right standing
with God).
My fruit is better than gold,
yes, than refined gold, and my increase than choice silver.
I [Wisdom] walk in the way of righteousness
(moral and spiritual rectitude in every area and relation), in the midst of the
paths of justice,
That I may cause those who love me to inherit [true] riches and that I
may fill their treasuries.
The Lord formed and
brought me [Wisdom] forth at the beginning of His way, before His acts of old.
I [Wisdom] was inaugurated and ordained from
everlasting, from the beginning, before ever the earth existed.
When
there were no deeps, I was brought forth, when there were no fountains laden
with water.
Before
the mountains were settled, before the hills, I was brought forth,
While as yet He had not made the land or the fields or
the first of the dust of the earth.
When He
prepared the heavens, I [Wisdom] was there; when He drew a circle upon the face
of the deep and stretched out the firmament over it,
When He
made firm the skies above, when He established the fountains of the deep,
When He
gave to the sea its limit and His decree that the waters should not
transgress [across the boundaries set by] His command, when He appointed the
foundations of the earth—
Then I [Wisdom] was beside
Him as a master and director of the work; and I was daily His delight, rejoicing before Him always,
Rejoicing
in His inhabited earth and delighting in the sons of men.
Now
therefore listen to me, O you sons; for blessed (happy, fortunate, to be
envied) are those who keep my ways.
Hear
instruction and be wise, and do not refuse or neglect it.
Blessed
(happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who listens to me, watching daily
at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.
For whoever finds me
[Wisdom] finds life and draws
forth and obtains favor from the Lord.
But he who misses me or sins against me
wrongs and injures himself; all
who hate me love and court death.
This might sound strange
but that’s the fact. This wisdom proclaims that whoever find him finds life. Meaning
that He is the source of life. What then
does the bible tells us about wisdom from above;
For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who
are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written:
“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise;
the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”
Where is the wise
person? Where is the teacher of the law? Where is the philosopher of this age?
Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since in the wisdom of
God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save
those who believe. Jews
demand signs and Greeks look for wisdom, 23 but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block
to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, 24 but to those whom God has called, both Jews and
Greeks, Christ
the power of God and the wisdom of God. For the foolishness of God is
wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human
strength. 1 corinthians 1:18-24 the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”
“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere”. James 3:17
